Abigail Assadi
Undergraduate Assistant

Abigail Assadi is a senior at Georgetown University studying Government with minors in Jewish Civilization and Religion, Ethics, & World Affairs. Passionate about intercultural engagement and conflict transformation, Abigail has participated in the Emerging Peacemakers Forum in Geneva, Switzerland, the Middle Meets dialogue project, and the Emerging Leaders Council at PeaceWorks Foundation. In addition to her role as a research assistant and student ambassador in the Walsh School of Foreign Service, Abigail has conducted original research on international criminal justice and democracy in Belgrade, Serbia, recognized by Harvard University’s National Collegiate Research Conference. Within D.C., Abigail has interned at the American Academy of Diplomacy, the Edunomics Lab, the U.S. House of Representatives, and the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, preparing herself for a career in international public service. Abigail is active within the interfaith Campus Ministry Student Forum, serves as co-host of The Fly, a podcast from Georgetown’s Institute of Politics and Public Service, tutors peers at the Georgetown University Writing Writing Center, and engages in the Philodemic Society, Georgetown’s premier debating forum.
