Dinner Series: FBI Hostage Negotiations 2022

Timothy C. Healy is a Supervisory Special Agent at the FBI’s Crisis Negotiation Unit. He manages regional field office crisis negotiation programs, deploys for high-risk operations and conducts training and research, both overseas and domestically. SSA Healy is a doctoral candidate at Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies and has a Master’s degree in Forensic Psychology from Argosy University. He was commissioned in the U.S. Army where he served Active Duty for seven years with combat deployments to Afghanistan and Iraq.
