Allie Luca | MBA Ambassador

Allie is currently pursuing dual MPP/MBA degrees at Georgetown University’s McCourt School of Public Policy and McDonough School of Business. She comes to the Conflict Transformation Lab with experience in content strategy and organizational process improvement, including work as a content team supervisor for a language learning application She has a desire to use her skills in analysis, communication, and strategy to help organizations create real and lasting change. At Georgetown, Allie is exploring the intersection of business, policy, and dialogue as tools for tackling complex social challenges. 

Allie believes that every individual and organization has the potential to make a positive impact and that meaningful dialogue is one of the most powerful tools for getting there. She is passionate about bringing a business lens to conflict transformation and is committed to building the skills needed to help others navigate complex challenges with clarity and intention. 

She received her B.S. in Strategic Management from Brigham Young University.
