M.A. in Conflict Resolution Ambassador

Kelsey is a M.A. student in Conflict Resolution and food entrepreneur at Mama K’s Kitchen. She is driven by community-building in complex environments. Her professional experience ranges across the finance and hospitality industries. She has led grassroots
political campaigns and statewide economic development efforts, and founded Mama K’s Kitchen with a through-line of stakeholder management. Her experiences have solidified her conviction that a shared table is a powerful tool to share identities and more easily find common ground. She is studying Conflict Resolution to create a business that provides equitable structures for complex problem-solving and leverages the human connection embedded in food experiences. She received her B.A. in Economics from the University of North Carolina – Chapel Hill.
