Netta Horowitz

SFS Ambassador

Netta Horowitz is a second year MSFS student concentrating in Global Politics and Security at the Walsh School of Foreign Service. Her studies are concentrated in conflict management and international security, particularly in the MENA region. Netta previously served as Harold W. Rosenthal Fellow supporting the House Foreign Affairs Committee. Prior to this role, she was a Senior Consultant within Guidehouse’s Defense and Security Segment leading projects at the U.S. Department of State. She also served as a Research Assistant at the Ronald Reagan Institute’s Center for Freedom & Democracy conducting research on democracy and countering authoritarian threats which culminated in the development of the report “A Campaign for Freedom: Cultivating Democracy in the 21st Century” published in June of 2022. Netta obtained her bachelor’s degree with a double major in Global Studies and Communications from the University of California, Los Angeles.
