Victoria is head of organizational management at Protect Democracy, an organization dedicated to defending and strengthening democracy in the U.S. Victoria previously served as director of the Baker Center for Leadership & Governance at Georgetown University. 

​Before Georgetown, Victoria was senior advisor to the CEO of TechnoServe, an economic development nonprofit that fosters business solutions to poverty. She also advised Fortune 100 companies as a management consultant with Deloitte. Earlier in her career, Victoria worked on democratic development programs globally with the National Democratic Institute and political campaigns with the opinion research firm Greenberg Quinlan Rosner. Victoria holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a B.A. from Tufts University.
